Court Network operates programs in the Family Court, at Domestic and Family Violence Reception Desks, and has tailored resources for court users from diverse backgrounds.

Family Court Support

Court users in Family Courts may experience additional, complex challenges throughout their proceedings, including family violence, lengthier hearings, housing insecurity, child custody disputes and substance abuse. Court Network meets the unique needs of Family Court users by offering a trauma-informed service, both in-person and over the phone. The path through Family Court can be long, complicated, and involve multiple jurisdictions, and Court Network’s Family Court Support is designed to support the court user throughout their whole journey.

Our Networkers in Family Court support people across Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales with further expansion in 2025.

Domestic and Family Violence Reception Desk

Court Network volunteers manage and operate Domestic and Family Violence reception desks in five DFV specialist court locations in Queensland.

Our Networkers are there to help get you checked in smoothly, enhance your safety and wellbeing, and ensure you’re ready to have your matter heard.

We are currently operating in Beenleigh Magistrates’ Court, Brisbane Magistrates’ Court, Cairns Magistrates’ Court, Ipswich Magistrates’ Court,  and Southport Magistrates’ Court.
